It's almost Christmas and I'm in a good mood! Not because it's cold and muddy and rainy outside (you get tired of that quickly when you also have to take a shower every time you've been on a trip😬) but because I'm healthy and for Christmas, cousin Hannibal and the "grandparents" are coming to visit! It'll be so cozy, I hope🤗
Mom and I just went on a weekend visit to Bornholm with Hannibal. We hadn't seen each other for several months before, but when we see each other, it's just like we were together yesterday, it's so easy and nice!
He's gotten a little old, Hannibal. He can't actually hear anything anymore, you have to make a lot of noise before he notices it. But he's also 13 years old❤️ luckily he's still healthy with lots of jumps in his legs!
I actually almost had a birthday too🥳, I turned 9 years old😱 crazy enough, sometimes I still feel like a puppy, then I jump around and go crazy - until I can't take it anymore and lie down on the couch😂
A few months ago Bella had another bad day and she bit me really badly. I don't know what happened, but she was digging for mice and was very focused, and I probably bothered her a bit and interfered with the digging, and then she couldn't control it. I was badly hurt and lay in bed for 2 days, and was only out when mom carried me down to the garden so I could do what I had to do... it was hard and I was very upset and in terrible pain. Bella was really upset too. It's very strange, because it's almost as if she doesn't know what she's doing. I also bit her a little to get her to stop, but I don't like biting, so she didn't get any holes in her skin... Those were some boring days for the whole family.
But now we're fine again, strangely enough I love Bella and am always happy to see her, she just shouldn't get too close when I don't want her to, and she has to learn that... but the last few days we've been playing with old socks and running together in the garden, under full male supervision by mom and dad of course, but it's so nice when we can be together again, that was the whole idea of having a little sister❤️
Now you all have a wonderful Christmas with your two and four legged friends, and as always, I would like to encourage you to be careful of all the fireworks crazy people on New Year's Eve, unfortunately they don't think about us animals!
