In addition, we help to plant more trees when we purchase shipping packaging. Here at DogCoach we do not wish to support the “throwaway culture”. Therefore we only have limited edition collections.

We offer fast worldwide delivery from our own warehouse in Denmark - typically within 2- 4 work days.
Delivery outside of the EU may take longer due to customs.
We offer returns, however, you have to pay the return freight yourself.
Product warranty
If there is a manufacturing defect with your DogCoach product (zippers, buttons, or other faults), you can submit a claim by sending an email to info@dogcoach.dk. Please describe the issue and attach at least one photo of the defect. You will need your order number (including the hashtag) and your email address to submit your claim.
