That's why we guarantee that you can exchange your product if you unexpectedly find that it does not keep you dry.
However, you should remember to never use fabric softener when washing and to avoid using a tumble dryer.

Delivery outside of the EU may take longer due to customs.

We offer returns, however, you have to pay the return freight yourself.

If there is a manufacturing defect with your DogCoach product (zippers, buttons, or other faults), you can submit a claim by sending an email to info@dogcoach.dk. Please describe the issue and attach at least one photo of the defect. You will need your order number (including the hashtag) and your email address to submit your claim.
